Two Ravens Came A Calling. . .

When two ravens came a calling,
Through the farmhouse open door,
I think I heard them loudly squalling,
Nevermore. . . .Nevermore. . .
 
We'll all agree--I'm no Edgar Allen Poe!!!!!!!

    read the last bit out loud and my 19yr old son finished the quote. He's a HUGE Poe fan.
    So refreshing to hear a young person in tune with Literature. That's one gift I bestowed on my lads... the gift of reading, the love of the written word.

    Thanks for sharing your vignettes
    and my favorite poem by Poe! It was such a pleasure to read it once more.
    ....memorized it many years ago, but had forgotten some of the lines.
